Airport Car Parking – Its a Nightmare

Its finally summer, the nice weather is here, so what do we all do? Yes we all go on holiday! The kids are off school and its definitely time for a change of scenery and to go somewhere you can relax and maybe even bundle the kids off to some sort of play group for a few days so you can have some real peace and quiet.

Going on Holiday is Sometimes Too Stressful?

Yes I would agree it can be very stressful going away. Most of the stress though, isn’t from the holiday itself, its most likely from the airport. I mean not only do you have to cue up a few times to get through checkpoints etc.., but you’ve also gotta find airport parking! This is the worst of them all, airport parking is very expensive. Liverpool Airport has many companies just outside the airport vicinity that offer car parking at what they believe to be reasonable rates. The fact remains though, that many of these are over priced, and still leave you with a lengthy walk or the need of a taxi to actually get you to the terminal.

Don’t Take the Car the Airport?

I know it sounds like the answer to all our questions, but trust me, if you think the airport parking is stress, then you want to try and arrange a minibus or other airport transfer, that arrives on time, and will get you there when you need to be. At Liverpool John Lennon, I use this company I found wen I was making deliveries around the area. Skypark are literally 2 minutes from the airport, and they were offering indoor and outdoor car parking. These guys were really helpful, not only was my car stored in a safe place, but they also took us to the front door or the terminal for free!!! They also offered to have my car serviced and MOT’d if it needed it. Taking all this in mind, it is ideal for all your people who believe that airport parking is stressful. It need not be when companies like this exist, free transfers, car repairs that may be needed can be scheduled. This takes the stress out of your holiday and your car repairs, making it an enjoyable experience!
