With the world becoming smaller and remote holiday destinations becoming more affordable, people are looking more and more at expensive, exotic holiday destinations. But what are we missing by holidaying outside the UK?

I’m sure we have all experienced caravan holidays in the past, cold dreary and up tight caravan parks catering to the older generation. Doesn’t sound like fun does it? Times have changed, modern caravans are a far cry from the ‘older days’. The modern caravan has all the luxury and amenities that you would expect from a luxury, expensive hotel, but with a greater degree of privacy.

We have recently returned from a fantastic site called Kens Caravans, based in North Wales and I must say we really enjoyed it! A great bunch of people in an easily accessible location. Plently of entertainment is provided and all the amenities you could desire to keep your children happy. This is a family orientated caravan site, which is a pleasant and affordable alternative to long haul, expensive flights.
